Through their official website (www.linkinpark.com), LINKIN PARK announced that they’ll be touring Europe tour this autumn, beginning Wednesday, October 20th at the O2 World, Berlin and wrapping Wednesday, November 10that the 02 Arena, London. Additional shows are expected to be added.

The group made the tour announcement as they put the finishing touches on their new album, which is due to hit stores later this year.
According to band DJ & visualist, Joe Hahn, “We are working to create a special experience for our fans where each of these live performances is designed to be a transformative multi-media experience, blending our songs and art and featuring never-before-seen visual technology.”
In addition, this tour’s set list, which will be packed with a plethora of the band’s biggest hits, will be the first to showcase material from the new release.
Last seen on these shores headlining last summer’s Sonisphere Festival, Linkin Park’s upcoming tour will be their first here since their January 2008 dates which included two sold-out nights at London’s O2 Arena. Their biggestUK show to date came in 2008 when they played a sold-out Projekt Revolution show at the National Bowl inMilton Keynes with support from Jay–Z and Pendulum. Linkin Park’s UK dates are:

Certified as the biggest selling rock / alt band of the decade by Billboard, Linkin Park have already surpassed 50 million sales and earned two Grammy Awards for Best Hard Rock Performance for the track ‘Crawling’ as well as Best Rap / Sung Collaboration with Jay-Z for ‘Numb / Encore.’
