KINGS OF LEON ADD 2ND HYDE PARK SHOW
DUE TO PHENOMENAL PUBLIC DEMAND
Due to unprecedented demand Kings of Leon have added a second show in London’s Hyde Park on the 23rd June after their previously announced show on the 22ndJune sold out this morning in minutes. The Hyde Park shows are part of a series of huge headline outdoor shows for 2011 that will see Kings of Leon perform in five UK cities this summer, including a return to London’s Hyde Park – the scene of last year’s triumphant headline performance to 65,000 fans. Tickets for the shows in Coventry, Sunderland, Manchester, London & Edinburgh went on sale this morning 9am.
Their highly acclaimed fifth album ‘Come Around Sundown’ became their third consecutive album to debut at #1 when it topped the UK album charts on release and remains atop the chart this week, claiming both the biggest week one sales of the year & the biggest ever first week digital sales along the way.
Like last years Hyde Park show, their forthcoming brace of December arena shows sold out in seconds and these new shows are set to be one of the highlights of next year’s live calendar. The dates are as follows:

Tickets on sale: Wednesday 3rd of November at 9am all tickets subject to booking fee
‘Come Around Sundown’ is out now on Columbia Records. The single ‘Pyro’ is released on December 6th.
