Gloucester Guildhall Presents ANDY BURROWS

Gloucester Guildhall Presents

ANDY BURROWS

After spending 2010 touring as I Am Arrows, selling out London’s 100 Club, supporting Muse at Wembley and releasing a top 40 album, Andy Burrows jumps straight back on the wagon for a series of acoustic performances.

Andy Burrows is best known for being the drummer in Razorlight from 2004. He was a key figure in shaping the Razorlight sound, co-writing two of the band’s biggest hits, America and Before I Fall To Pieces. He left the band in 2009, going on to work briefly with We Are Scientists before launching his solo project I Am Arrows.

Alongside his solo touring Burrows has been keeping busy by reuniting with We Are Scientists, performing a secret show and writing material for a new record. On top of this, Andy has also been working on material for another project with Mark Ronson as well as writing with up-and-coming artists.

Playing  a selection of songs from his solo album as well as a handful of Razorlight classics, Burrows’ performance in the intimate surroundings of Gloucester Guildhall’s cinema is a show you’ll want to be part of.
